Dan Harrison is Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp and is passionate about the role of science and technology in making a difference for people and organizations alike. Dan is focused on bridging the gap between the science, practical application, and commercial viability of software, striving towards intuitive solutions that lead to sustained improvements.

Dan has worked in the Talent Management space for 20 years and has a mix of both internal and external consulting experience. Previously, Dan founded an innovation labs team focused on paving the way for new and exciting products in the employee experience space.

Dan has a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organisational Psychology and has worked with companies worldwide.
