Announcing our new VP, North America: Reetika Motwane
Culture Amp has expanded its global leadership team with the appointment of Reetika Motwane as Vice President, North America.
Culture Amp’s goal of bringing humanity to work and creating a better world of work is one that resonates with Reetika. “I want to be a part of this movement where employers consider employee experience and engagement as a critical success factor, not just a recruiting tactic. Where more and more companies understand the value of being culture first,” said Reetika.

Along with millions of others who were part of the Great Resignation this year, Reetika too chose to take some time off to rediscover what drives her passion. “Many of us spend more hours working than we do sleeping. Work can amount to a third of our lives and is a key part of our identities. Yet, work can often be a significant source of stress and unhappiness.”
“In the words of Maya Angelou, I keep reminding myself that people will not remember what you said but will remember how you made them feel. I am trying to embody this,” reflects Reetika.
Reetika strongly believes that organizations must collectively focus on workplace engagement, development, and equity, not only because it makes business sense, but also because it is the right and human thing to do.
In response to what keeps her motivated, Reetika said:
“I am motivated by making progress, whether it is learning and applying new skills, setting and achieving goals, or helping others grow and develop professionally. I am inspired by a mission that is bigger than myself, that is trying to move the needle so that the world can be a better place than it is today.”
