Culture leads the way in Forbes Cloud 100
The employee experience platform
We’re thrilled to share that for the second year in a row, Culture Amp was named on the Forbes Cloud 100 – the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world. Published by Forbes in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures, the list recognizes companies for their growth, sales, valuation – and most notably for us – their culture.
This year’s list is filled with businesses that are setting industry benchmarks and creating radical disruption in the workplace –including several of our customers. At Culture Amp, we’ve always believed the world needs better places to work, and we’re inspired to see that we’re not alone in this view. In the wake of a challenging year and an uncertain future, culture is front and center like never before. Empathic leadership and communication have emerged as essential to keeping employees engaged and businesses functioning through crises.
Prioritizing culture at scale
Co-founder and CEO of Culture Amp, Didier Elzinga says, "Culture Amp’s inclusion on the Cloud 100, for a second year in a row, is a special moment for all Campers. It is further validation of our culture-first approach and our leadership position in employee experience globally.”
"What makes a top company?" he continues. "Its people and culture." Today’s Cloud 100 list highlights the absolute importance of employee experience in building a great company.
“While Culture Amp was again the only employee experience platform featured on the coveted list, it’s also rewarding to be recognized alongside many of our clients."
In fact, we are proud to call nearly half of the companies featured on the 2021 Cloud 100 our customers, including Canva, Figma, Zapier, and Forter.
This recognition demonstrates that companies and leaders who prioritize culture have consistently built high caliber, high performing, industry-leading organizations. We’re incredibly proud of the way Culture Amp is helping these organizations navigate the new world of work and put their people first – not only to survive, but to thrive.
When asked about how to thrive in the new world of work, Didier explains, “Understanding what matters to your people to support engagement, productivity, wellbeing, and ultimately uphold a workplace culture is what will allow companies to respond to what the world is throwing at them.”
