At Culture Amp, it is our mission to build a better world of work. To do that we have to help build a better world. We are always striving to evolve to be a more equitable organization, which means being an anti-racist one.
Kevin Wiggins, the Special Advisor to our first Anti-Racism Plan, has helped us to understand what’s possible. His heart and dedication are our inspiration for continuing this work. We offer this grant in honor of the impact he has had on all of us, and are so grateful to share that with you.
We want to ensure that other organizations working to build a more anti-racist world can afford and access Culture Amp’s tools, especially those that wouldn’t otherwise be able to. That’s why we’ve created a non-profit grant program for organizations that primarily support Black and Indigenous people, or are focused on issues that disproportionately affect these communities.*
The Racial Justice Non-Profit Program is being offered on a limited basis. For those companies that qualify, at our sole determination, we will offer certain Culture Amp services at $0 charge.
