Monique Hughes

Monique Hughes is a Former Customer Success Lead at Culture Amp, where she onboarded and enabled customers, helping them solve problems by leveraging the full capabilities of the Culture Amp platform.

Before Culture Amp, she worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant and Design Thinking Coach as a Strategy Manager. She has a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature and an M.A. in Management from the University of Sydney. She currently works as a Professional Services Manager at Asana.
