Josh Sloan

Josh Sloan is a Director of People Science at Culture Amp, where he leads a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, People Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. His team conducts market-leading research, develops practical algorithms, and curates content geared toward helping all Culture Amp users to effectively capture, understand and act on employee feedback.

Josh graduated with an M.B.A. in Sustainable Businesses from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Earlham College.
