Prior to joining, Devshree worked across a range of industries and advising on and sharing insights into engagement and experience surveys, culture change and assessment, user experience, and people analytics. Other HR tech platforms Devshree has experience in are Qualtrics and Workday.
Devshree holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Master’s Degree in Psychology (Organisational).
She is passionate about solving business problems by putting people at the center of decision-making. Frequently presented on people engagement and experience data, moments that matter, and compelling people value propositions.
