David Ostberg is the former Director of People Science for Performance at Culture Amp. Prior to Culture Amp, he worked at Cornerstone OnDemand and Kronos Talent Management. He currently works as a Solutions Principal, Employee Experience at Medallia.

David received an M.S. and P.hD in INdustrial Psychology from Portland State University.
