Daniel is a Senior People Scientist for the EMEA region, and he has a B.S. in Psychology and an MSc in Org Psychology. In his role, he helps uncover key insights into the cultures of today’s best-performing organizations.
Daniel has spent the last 10+ years working in the world of People & Talent (in-house) and the last 6 years scaling start-ups in Europe and the US across varied industries like iGaming, Tech, Healthcare, and Food. Before joining Culture Amp, he worked as a Head of People & Talent. As a result of his experience, he has broad knowledge across the whole employee lifecycle.
Additionally, Daniel is also passionate about Product, Scrum, and Agile. To learn more about these areas, he completed his Scrum Master certification.
Daniel’s main areas of interest are culture, engagement, talent & career development, and organization design.
