Amanda Blinebry
Senior People Scientist, Culture Amp
Amanda Blinebry, Ph.D., is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting North American customers. Amanda received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Syracuse University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her dissertation focused on the positive effects of supportive feedback environments at work.
Prior to Culture Amp, Amanda oversaw the strategy and execution of selection assessments and employee surveys both internally for a mutual insurance company and as an external consultant. In addition to assessments and surveys, Amanda has led initiatives and uncovered key insights related to employee development, succession planning, executive coaching, and 360 feedback.
Amanda is interested in engagement, feedback, self-awareness and development, individual differences, and neurodiversity at work.
