It’s almost unbelievable that parts of our world, institutions, and communities do not recognize the truth that BIPOC people are valuable and essential to our community. Our failure to act in the face of structural racism across a shamefully long history is our responsibility to fix. That will require us to root out racism in our selves, our culture, and our world.
