13 December 2022, San Francisco, London, Melbourne – Culture Amp, the world’s leading employee experience platform, has announced the appointment of Rachel Morley as Chief Product Officer.

Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience crafting and growing a range of businesses from start-ups to larger enterprises. Before joining Culture Amp Rachel was Chief Product Officer at Silicon Valley-based realtor.com. Rachel also founded Cogent, a successful product development company that was recently acquired by Block.

Rachel was appointed Senior Vice President Product in 2021, and following the announcement that Culture Amp Co-Founder Rod Hamilton was stepping back from his executive role, was appointed as acting Chief Product Officer in July of this year.

As Chief Product Officer, Rachel will continue to evolve and shepherd Culture Amp’s long term product strategy, leading and growing its world-class product management capability, as Culture Amp continues its fast growth, recently surpassing 6,500 customers.

On being appointed to the new role, Rachel Morley said,
