There will also be sessions with Chobani’s Organisational Development & Innovation Manager, Ashlee Thackeray, Cotton On's HR Manager - Operations and Support, Sam Chisolm as well as case studies from HR leaders within Sharsies and Kogan.com

Culture Amp’s community is now home to more than 100,000 ‘culture creators’ who are creating a better world of work. The Culture First conference series is part of Culture Amp’s ongoing commitment to improve understanding, amplify experience and inspire others to take action when it comes to culture at work.

This year’s event will centre on the business of culture - building a strong organisational culture that becomes a powerful driver of business success, managing managers - exploring the evolving role of the manager and ways to better support them in bringing your culture and strategy to life and performance redefined - rethinking the traditional performance process to adopt a more continuous, development-focused approach.

Didier Elzinga, CEO and Founder, Culture Amp said, “The role of the manager has never been more important and arguably, it’s never been harder. To have Dr Linda Hill from Harvard, one of the top 10 management thinkers in the world, share her research with us is exactly what we need right now to help us learn how to lead in a culture first way.

“We want leaders to walk away from Culture First with an understanding of why workplaces that thrive are the ones where people and culture are put first. HR leaders are being increasingly asked to drive more productivity and growth for their businesses through building high performance cultures. This year we will give attendees the insights and data they need to help their people and culture strategies as we look towards 2024."
