15 February 2024 - San Francisco, New York, London, Melbourne, BerlinCulture Amp, the world’s leading employee experience platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Knight-Ludvigson as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to its executive leadership team. Knight-Ludvigson brings more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and managing global marketing teams through periods of intensive growth at major organizations including Zendesk, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Cisco.

With her proven track record, Knight-Ludvigson will concentrate on solidifying Culture Amp's global market position and actively contribute to the integration of future customer needs into the product offering. She will accelerate the company's emphasis on expansion strategies for its 6,500+ organizations, as well as to continue to foster new logo growth across its priority segments, industries, and regions. Based in North America, Knight-Ludvigson will also strengthen Culture Amp's executive presence in the region.

Before joining Culture Amp, Knight-Ludvigson spent nearly a decade in the CMO role at various workplace tech organizations, including SuccessFactors / SAP, Unit4, Topia, and Reflektive. As the first CMO at Reflektive, Knight-Ludvigson helped further the company’s presence by leading the relaunch of its website and creating important analyst and influencer relationships, all leading to increased demand gen. At Topia, she launched a new corporate brand that drove global growth awareness and its own category creation. At Unit 4, Knight-Ludvigson led the company through a successful transformation of its brand and positioning and built out an award-winning demand growth engine.

Beyond her CMO career, Knight-Ludvigson also held a seat on the board of Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA), the second-largest HR association in the US where she served a community of more than 30,000 professionals. Most recently, she served as a strategic GTM advisor, career coach, and mentor, collaborating with individuals at the onset of their careers and senior leaders alike.

This appointment comes at a time when Culture Amp is making more global impact than ever, including the launch of the Culture Amp Foundation, dedicated to making a positive impact beyond the corporate landscape.
