27 August 2024, San Francisco, London, Melbourne. Culture Amp, the world’s leading employee experience platform, has announced the appointment of Chris Mander as Chief Product Officer. 

Chris Mander brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams to create and scale digital products in HR, entertainment, travel and property. 

Chris joined Culture Amp in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Product and Design and was appointed as acting Chief Product Officer in January 2024. 

In his time at Culture Amp, Chris’ team’s product achievements include:

  • The launch of the People Analytics product, following the acquisition of the people analytics platform Orgnostic. The product unlocks the power of an organization's workforce data, transforming it into actionable insights that empower them to unleash their people's full potential.
  • The first of Culture Amp’s generative AI solutions, Comment Summaries; and
  • Accelerating Culture Amp’s partnership approach,  expanding its partner ecosystem and delivering powerful integrations with HR Information Systems (HRIS), compensation, and workflow partners.

As Chief Product Officer, Chris will continue to evolve and shepherd Culture Amp’s long term product strategy, leading and growing its world-class product management capability, as Culture Amp continues its fast growth with over 6,500 customers worldwide and recent acquisition of Orgnostic and launch of People Analytics

Career Highlights:

  • Chris was General Manager of Product at REA Group where he led the development and growth of all-new consumer products for realestate.com.au, Australia’s leading property portal.
  • At Lonely Planet he helped double online audiences and grew revenue from apps, online advertising, ebook sales and online travel bookings. 
  • At Madman Entertainment he led the launch and growth of video-on-demand channel AnimeLab - subsequently acquired by Sony Entertainment.
