With the addition of Michael Callans to the Culture Amp family, we’re excited to continue developing our platform and offerings and even better support our customers and community.
As companies continue to work remotely, tracking how employees feel, engage, and perform can be challenging. For company leaders to make informed business and people decisions during the pandemic, they need access to robust people insights and employee feedback to lead their companies successfully and to create a better, safer workplace for their employees.
Recently, our global people science team released a free pulse survey to help managers and leaders evaluate their workplace’s internal response to the COVID-19 pandemic. HR and people leaders can use this tool to identify the top drivers for company confidence building, and whether employees are feeling supported during the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here to access the survey and more COVID-19 response resources.
