Thushy Muruges

As an Equitable Design Lead, Thushy helps build equitable processes and policies for our Campers. She is responsible for operationalizing Culture Amp’s DEI strategy, formalizing ERGs under a new governance and operating structure, and creating Culture Amp’s Global Accommodations Policy.

Thushy has an M.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and a B.A. in French Studies from Berry College.
