Pip Lyons is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, partnering with customers in the APAC region. In her role, she interprets and analyses customer data and survey outcomes to identify the most valuable themes to improve engagement. Partnering with HR Leaders to influence change within organizations through employee engagement, performance, and effectiveness by providing guidance, insights, and recommendations to create a culture-first organization.

Pip joined Culture Amp in October 2019 with 10+ years of experience working within organizations leading Human Resources and Organisational Development initiatives.
