Mary Margaret Garza, Ph.D., is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in the eastern region of North America.
Prior to joining Culture Amp, Margaret spent a decade assisting the DoD field and fleet with climate assessment by developing the processes to support assessment (survey development, SOPs for analysis, benchmarking, data weighting, and trending procedures) as well as interfacing with leaders to identify organizational concerns and climate survey topics, develop reports, and out-brief results for actionable take-aways. Additionally, Margaret supported DoD initiatives by developing competency models in cross-cultural competence and uncovering insights into DEII leadership competence.
Margaret earned her MS and PhD degrees in I/O Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and her BA in Psychology and M.Ed. from Temple University.
