She has built a career in learning and organizational development and seeks to make work a great place to be. Laura is a highly regarded speaker and subject matter expert in the area of engagement and retention. She works with leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, coaches, and professionals in all facets of the business. She currently also serves as a Chief Engagement Officer at Take Charge Learning.
