Emma is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp for the EMEA region. She helps uncover critical insights into how today’s best-performing organizations are engaging their people.

Before joining Culture Amp, Emma worked in the field of neurodiversity, providing specialist services to employees and employers across various sectors. This included delivering diagnostic, screening, workplace assessments, coaching, and awareness sessions to facilitate a more inclusive workplace environment.

As part of her role, she delivered presentations at multiple events and conferences, including the Health and Wellbeing at Work conference. Emma also has experience leading an internal Quality and Training team, focusing on creating and delivering training sessions and quality control processes.

Emma completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology at the University of the West of England.

Emma’s main areas of interest include employee wellbeing, neurodiversity, and employee engagement.
